Buyer(s) is/are aware that the puppy is sold with no warranties, either expressed or implied, in an AS IS condition with no guaranties other than those stated herein. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, but may be used towards the purchase of a puppy of equal value.
Purchaser agrees to use our kennel name "Angelic" at the beginning of the registered name of the puppy. Purchaser also agrees that if they are no longer able to keep the puppy for any reason, the seller will be given first refusal rights on purchasing the puppy.
1. _____ This puppy is being sold as a BREEDING PROSPECT. Seller assumes no responsibility as to the reproduction capabilities of this male or female puppy. Males will have two testicles descended into the scrotum at maturity or a replacement will occur when one becomes available. REPLACEMENT IS THE ONLY OPTION.
2. _____ This puppy is being sold as a SHOW PROSPECT. This puppy has no major or disqualifying faults for his/her age AS OF THE DATE OF THIS SALE. (A definitive evaluation cannot be made on puppies under 6 months of age.)
3. _____ This puppy is being sold as a PET ONLY. Seller assumes no responsibility as to the breeding or show capabilities of this puppy.
To the best of the seller’s knowledge, this puppy is free of disease and defects as of the date of this sale. On _________________ my vet examined the puppy. Puppies that are shipped out of state by air will have obtained a health certificate. The buyer has 72 hours from the puppy’s time of arrival to have the puppy checked by a veterinarian of his/her choice at the buyer’s expense. If the buyer’s vet exam reveals a genetic defect or that the puppy is diseased AND a second veterinarian concurs with the diagnosis, the puppy must be returned at the buyer’s expense and a replacement will be made when one becomes available. Intent to return the puppy for replacement must be made within 24 hours of the buyer’s vet exam and REPLACEMENT IS THE ONLY OPTION. There is no guarantee against accidents or sickness that was not contracted on the seller’s premises. The seller will not pay any veterinary bills. Buyer shall have no right to demand a refund of purchase price and hereby agrees to accept replacement of the sick/genetically defective puppy if the seller chooses to replace the said puppy. If the puppy dies within 48 hours of the time of purchase, buyer must have an autopsy performed at Acres North Veterinarian Clinic/Hospital in Lubbock, Texas, at the buyer’s expense in order to determine cause of death. Puppy will be replaced only if the death was a result of an illness that was contracted prior to the time of sale, provided that no signs of abuse or neglect are found.
HAVING READ THE ABOVE, AND WITH FULL UNDERSTANDING OF THE CONTENTS HEREIN, I/WE CHEERFULLY ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.
